ember & ash was started in February 2021 by Rebecca & Chris we took over the business formally called Zen hair design, we transformed the salon from a rundown no appointment based salon into a modern salon with professional haircare options that offer a full circl haircare experience. We are continuing to invest in the salon & staff. 

Our focus is delivering a welcoming, relaxed, salon experience for every client. ember & ash is located in the heart of Foxton across from new world @ 2 Whyte Street.

Greeting clients, Booking appointments, Answering phone calls, All aspects of hair cutting techniques, Colouring & treatments, Keeping the salon clean, Stock ordering, Recording client data, Offering Keune Haircare options, Recording clients hair transformation's, Customer consultations, Up skilling with education in & outside the salon, Hitting targets, Pre quoting salon services, Rebooking, Following our salon systems & policies.

• 30 hours per week minimum - Flexible 
• Hour wage $27 - $35 depending on experience 
• Weekly sales commission on achievable targets
• Commission on Haircare sales 20 %
