Our Cancellation Policy 📝
For all services, we now require a 40% booking deposit.
Due to the cost to our business, If you cancel your appointment without a valid reason or fail to show up, you will forfeit the deposit.
However, if you cancel with a valid reason at least 48 hours before your appointment, the 40% deposit will be credited to your account for use within one month for your next booking.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and must be
used within 31 days.
